1. Channels of Communication
We welcome correction requests, reports of accessibility issues, editorial complaints and data protection inquiries. Email contact@kayleyhart.co.uk; this monitored contact channel is the fastest way to reach us. For correspondence, privacy requests, corrections, complaints and accessibility reports, email contact@kayleyhart.co.uk. Five Thirty Limited's service address is available on request through this monitored contact channel.
The Small Team Builder is operated by Five Thirty Limited (company number 12309500), trading as The Small Team Builder.
2. Complaint Resolution Protocol
We treat all complaints seriously. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 5 business days, investigate the specific claim against the relevant authoritative public source or record, and provide a substantive response within 20 business days. If an error is identified, we publish a dated correction directly on the affected page. Please refer to our Corrections Policy for a detailed explanation of this workflow.
Complaints concerning a partner product (such as Tide or Capital on Tap) are formally logged. Where appropriate, the substance of the complaint is relayed to the provider. Furthermore, we will review the complaint to determine whether the partner offer should remain published under the strict criteria set out in our Affiliate and Partner Disclosure.
3. Data Protection Inquiries
If your complaint or request pertains to the handling of your personal data, email contact@kayleyhart.co.uk and consult our Privacy Policy. It details your statutory rights under the UK GDPR and explains how to escalate a concern to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you remain dissatisfied with our internal resolution.
4. Our Commitment to Response
We aim to acknowledge every incoming message within 5 business days and provide a substantive, considered response within 20 business days once we have checked the relevant sources or records. While we may not always agree with the premise of a complaint, we commit to explaining our reasoning clearly and respectfully.
